Commitment to Privacy
CatchLight Capital Partners (together with its affiliated entities, the “Firm”) is an SEC-registered investment adviser. We recognize that protecting the privacy and security of the nonpublic personal information we obtain about investors and prospective investors is an important responsibility. For purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Client” includes any investor or prospective investor in a fund or other investment vehicle sponsored or advised by the Firm, as well as individuals who submit information through this website.

This Privacy Notice describes our general privacy practices. Where required by applicable law (including Regulation S-P), we provide Clients with additional privacy notices and disclosures in connection with establishing and maintaining an investor relationship.

Information Collection
We collect nonpublic personal information about a Client through various means, including information:

provided by the Client (for example, through subscription documents, forms, communications, and investor portal submissions);

relating to the Client’s transactions with us (for example, capital contributions, distributions, and capital account information); and

obtained from third parties in connection with providing services and complying with legal obligations (for example, administrators, custodians, brokers, and identity verification providers), as permitted by law.
The information we collect may include, without limitation:

Identifiers: name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, government-issued identification number, Social Security number, and taxpayer identification number.

Financial Profile: assets, income, net worth, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and investment experience.

Transactional / Account Data: transaction history, capital account balances, banking or wire instructions, and related communications.

Compliance Information: information required for legal and regulatory compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) requirements.
How We Use This Information
We use the nonpublic personal information we collect for our everyday business purposes, including:

Providing investment advisory services and opening accounts.

Processing transactions, capital calls, and distributions.

Marketing products and services to the Client in furtherance of our business.

Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) requirements.

Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose a Client’s nonpublic personal information, as permitted by law, to:

the Firm’s affiliates;

nonaffiliated service providers that assist us in operating the Firm and servicing Client accounts (such as fund administrators, custodians, brokers, accountants, auditors, attorneys, tax advisors, compliance consultants, technology providers, and identity verification/AML vendors); and

governmental, regulatory, or self-regulatory authorities, courts, and other parties when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, or prevent fraud or other misconduct.

We require third-party service providers to maintain appropriate safeguards and to use personal information only for the purposes for which it is provided.

Security of Client Information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect nonpublic personal information in accordance with applicable federal standards. These safeguards include access controls and encryption for data transmitted through our secure CatchLight Investor Portal (the “Portal”). We prohibit unauthorized scraping, automated access, or data harvesting from our website or Portal.

Opting Out
To the extent applicable law provides a Client the right to limit certain types of information sharing, we will honor those rights as required. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Changes to This Privacy Notice
We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated notice on this website and provide additional notice where required by law.
California Privacy Addendum
Effective March 1, 2026

This California Privacy Addendum applies solely to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), applies to the personal information we collect.

1. Notice at Collection
We collect the categories of personal information described above (including identifiers and financial/transaction information) for the business purposes described above, including fund administration and legal/regulatory compliance. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Your Rights
Subject to certain exceptions and verification requirements, California residents may have the right to request:

Access/Know: information about the personal information we collected, used, and disclosed.

Deletion: deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal and regulatory exemptions (including recordkeeping and compliance obligations).

Correction: correction of inaccurate personal information.

Non-Discrimination: we will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

3. VC Diversity Reporting (SB 54 / FIPVCC)
If the Firm (or an affiliated entity) is subject to California’s Fair Investment Practices by Venture Capital Companies requirements, we may request and collect demographic information that is voluntarily provided by founding team members of portfolio companies for purposes of producing aggregated and/or anonymized reports. Participation is voluntary and does not affect investment decisions.
